We deliver all orders across Bangladesh through Steadfast Courier Service to ensure safe and timely delivery.

📦 Delivery Time
Inside Dhaka: 2-3 working days
Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days
(Delivery time may vary due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.)

💰 Delivery Charge
Inside Dhaka: ৳70
Outside Dhaka: ৳130
(Charges may vary based on parcel weight and location.)

📍 Order Processing
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
Tracking details will be shared once the order is handed over to Steadfast.

🚫 Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD availability depends on location and Steadfast service coverage.
Advance payment may be required for certain areas.

🔄 Failed Delivery / Return
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or refusal to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to us.
Redelivery will require an additional delivery charge.
